One of the best Rom Management utility has been updated lately to version 3.119 following all the latest Mame and not only development. The news for this release are:

misc:  missing AV metadata in chds are shown as errors
misc:  setinformation ‘select sets’ supports %B=1 for selecting bios sets only
misc:  changed several rebuilder warning texts
fixed: rebuilding uncompressed files rarely creates archived files
fixed: scanner’s fixmissing rarely ignores the default archive format
fixed: profiler’s hide-common doesn’t set the default answer to yes for illegal merges and bad merge tags
fixed: if a removed unneeded file had a valid romname it’s not shown as missing
fixed: progress window shrinks magically
fixed: after closing setinfo window you need 2 clicks to reopen it
fixed: misplaced romsets in samplepaths are falsely listed as wrong named
fixed: wrong “fake clone” message for fake clones with chds (mainly for Mac Crossfire users)
fixed: propertypages are shown twice (mainly for Linux WINE users)

After some years of this site covering some major emulation news and offering to the community help and support together with some nice gifts, I found that the old page layout was nice but it had a very big problem, it was just a set of static .html pages offering nothing more than simple news editing/posting… So here is the change ! A more Blog like site powered by WordPress hopefully more productive and beautifull. At the following days you will see some small problems and glitces to the site but soon they will be ironed out. The old Mame and Mess BIOS pages are up and soon another download page offering the latest binaries and sources of Mame and some other major arcade (and not only?) emulators. Soon we will have a forum up as well. Enjoy the new Emunews !
